Newborn Identification Kit
The acquisition of Newborn Identification Kits is extremely important, considering that the correct identification of the patient is the process by which the neonate/birth mother is given the appropriate type of procedure or treatment, preventing errors and mistakes that could harm them and minimizing identification errors from admission to discharge from the service, in all phases of treatment.
These premises are standardized by Ordinance No. 529 GB/MS, of April 1, 2013, which establishes the National Patient Safety Program (PNSP), whose general objective is to contribute to the qualification of care in all health establishments in the national territory, and by Resolution of the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) - RDC No. 36, of July 25, 2013.
Newborn Identification Kit
The kit includes:
One numbered identification bracelet for the MOTHER.
One numbered identification bracelet for the NEWBORN.
01 numbered umbilical clamp.
The numbering is identical for all items in the kit.
This product is individually packaged in a surgical-grade paper envelope and sterilized with ethylene oxide . This product is disposable and for single use only.
Bracelet features:
Numbered;
Allows the use of a ballpoint pen;
Tamper-evident seal made of soft plastic;
14 adjustment points (mother);
11 adjustment points (son).

The kit includes:
